The Castle Challenge

Compass has a major contract to supply and fit windows and doors in Kilronan Castle and the associated new build accommodation. This beautiful lough-side location in County Roscommon presents great challenges to preserve the appearance of the castle but our team is well able to take these on.

This section of the Gallery shows how we are reproducing the traditional window designs so that the integrity of this special project is totally respected.

The first photos show how bad the frames were and the extent of decay. But this is what we had to work with as a template to produce the new timber window frames.
