  8. Your windows and doors are manufactured at Compass using ‘state of the art’ equipment and backed by craftsmanship of the highest calibre
  9. Rigorous quality control check
  10. Delivered to you (and fitted by Compass if appropriate)
  11. Payment - receipted
  12. Any other follow up enquiries – appropriate Compass staff deal with these
  13. Standard after sales and installation call - a member of staff will contact you one month after installation to check if there are any outstanding issues to be dealt with.
